The Jasmin Hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The outdoor pool was a good surprise. Morning breakfasts impressed me with a fantastic variety, particularly the scrambled eggs. The cleaning staff maintained high standards, ensuring a tidy environment. I appreciated the spacious room with a beautiful view of the mountains. The location felt a bit remote was nice. Some common areas seemed slightly dated and could use a refresh. While the staff were generally helpful, I encountered a bit of confusion with my room type upon arrival. It was a pleasant stay, particularly for those looking to escape the urban hustle.

Great-sized rooms complete with aircon and bath tub, as example. The breakfast is savoury and reasonably good, available with sufficient options available and delicious coffee, as example. The location is perfect and ideal, in a quiet area close to the highway.

The location was magnificent in green area. The generous-sized room had all the necessary facilities, a little balcony, complimentary WiFi, and a pull out couch.

Mountain views are fine. The outdoor swimming pool adds a unique resort-like feel in an urban escape.
Some common areas felt outdated, while the restaurant experience fell flat with unprofessional service. Limited menu options in the restaurant didn't help either, and breakfast was not as diverse as one would hope.

Perfect and clean place, outstandingly accommodating staff at check-out from the hotel. Interesting design of interiors in guest room. Location not far from the SOFIA center. Clean pool, parking on site. Free Wi-Fi and early check in.

It is a perfect place for staying some nights in Sofia. Friendly, nice, clean and really comfortable hotel with panoramic view of city. It has a safe parking lot and lot of wonderfull flower. Tasty full breakfast. Ten minutes from the center by car. The best choose, if you want to see everything, but want to take fresh air and relax at night.

Jasmin is a cozy spot close to the ring road but not too far up the mountain. The outdoor pools were great for relaxation, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety. The staff was friendly and helped us with our luggage.

A pleasant and economical hotel situated at the root of Vitosha mountain, away from Sofia's noise and pollution. It's very easily accessed from ring road, so there's no time loss in traffic. Our room was spacious, clean, air-conditioned and with all necessary comfort, even was a small balcony. People were helpful, despite we checked in after midnight, however, as almost everywhere in Bulgaria, smile is not included in the price. There is ample and free private parking space, though unguarded.
There is no breakfast buffet, just a menu with standard options and anything else must be requested. However, they satisfied our small favors with pleasure. There is a massive mobile phone base station just 20m next to the building, shouldn't be some safe distances for public places?

The Jasmin is a very comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in Sofia close to the Mountain. We particularly like the free transfer provided for our return to the airport. The staff were very helpful and even provided tea making facilities on request.
The only complaint I have is possibly more to do with the booking website than the hotel itself. When I booked I expected according to the room choices to be reserving an apartment. On arrival we were told there were no apartments available and were offered an acceptable room but were charged the same price.

Location - very convenient for us, as we were on our way from Romania to Greece.
For unknown reasons we have been given a smoking room, despite the fact that we were travelling with a very young child (less than 2 yrs). Apparently, the hotel was fully booked and they were not able to move us to a non-smoking room.

Our evening meal in the restaurant was very nice. Staff very attentive! The policy for "no smoking" in the downstairs restaurant is very welcome and hopefully will extend to the whole hotel!

We enjoyed the fresh mountain air and fine views during our family stay with our two girls. Breakfast had a variety of yummy options and the restaurant served an excellent steak dinner. It was convenient having a sizeable parking area right next to the hotel.
In my wife's opinion, the blankets could be better. They were a bit noisy and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

My flight landed late at 10pm and it was wonderful to find the transfer driver there at the gate to take my case and drive me to the hotel. The reception man then took me to my room and carried my suitcase. I was very grateful for this service. The breakfast next morning was excellent and set me up for my onward journey. Although this hotel is out of Sofia the transfer and quality is worth the extra drive and it would be a good hotel for a longer stay.

Staff and facilities were ready to help us - as we have a young child (1.6 yrs) with us
The numbers on the street might be confusing when driving over there - I guess it is not hotel's call to fix this, but a small note on the site might be helpful
